There are a lot of traditional things that we always have to do every lent season. For us Christians, we are going to have prayer and fasting where we should fast at any meal time or any kind of object, we should replace those times through praying. The essence of these activities is to remember the sacrifices and hardships of Jesus Christ as he died on the cross to redeem all of our sins. After the prayer and fasting, like the story of Jesus where he rose again, we celebrate the resurrection of the Lord. We should always remember the true meaning of this event, there is nothing wrong about how you celebrate it with your family as long as you will give enough time to pray and remember what Jesus did to all of us.
