Chairman Rev. Dan Smith called the meeting to order a 4:45 p.m. CDT. Pastor Dan Smith led a devotion about feelings.
The Treasurer’s report was shared in the Summer Training Manual.
The outgoing members of the board were recognized. These include Ben Ventiecher, Jonathan Drefs, and Sarah Grewe. Jacob Mueller gave a prayer of thanks for their service to OAFC.
The election results were given:
Pastor: Rev. Dan Smith
Male Adult: Matthew Tassey
Male Youth: Paul Mueller
Female Youth: Mallory Hicks
Jonathan Moyer moved that the ballots be destroyed. Jonathan Drefs second the motion and the motion carried.
Pastor Tim Mueller officiated the installation of the new and current board members.
Pastor David Loeschen introduced the Travel Teams.
#1 – Louisiana, led by Kyle McBee
#2 – Colorado, led by Jacob Mueller
#3 – Texas, led by Pastor Dan Smith
The Board of Directors shared with the assembly the recent decision to offer Pastor Dan Smith the position of Interim Executive Director for 1 ˝ years. Pastor Smith will prayerful consider the situation over the next few weeks. Martin Herzberg offered a prayer for Pastor Smith as he considers the position.
Pam Rudick moved to adjourn the meeting. Matthew Tassey seconded and the motion carried.
