Mallory Hicks is elected Secretary.

Matthew Tassey is elected Chairman of the Board.
Two names were brought up in regards to the possibility of filling the position of Executive Director:
Reverend Warren Huffines, a retiring Pastor from
Illinois.
Reverend John Burger, the pastor at St. Paul in Utica, Nebraska.
Mallory motions to destroy the election ballots. Second by Susanna.
Motion carries. Ballots will be destroyed by Ellen Griffin.
