Ongoing Ambassadors for Christ Annual Meeting

Acting Chairman, Rev. Dan Smith, called the meeting to order at 4:35pm EST.

Rev. Tim Mueller opened the meeting with a devotion from Jeremiah 1. We are all called to be a prophet. God’s word needs to be planted and through this, God builds the kingdom.

Election results were shared with the assembly.
     Pastor: Rev. Dan Smith
     Male Youth: Parker Hicks
     Adult Male: Ben Venteicher
     Female Youth: Sarah Elliott

Pastor Moyer, Executive Director, shared a message for those gathered at Summer Training. “Held in His hands… as a light to the Nations” is this year’s theme. We are God’s new creation because of what Jesus did for us. We all should shine God’s light to all people so all know the truth and will be saved.

The financial report was shared with the assembly. The 2003, 6-month report is available to view. The report for 2002 is included with the minutes.

Summer Training 2004 will be held at Bethlehem Lutheran in Denver Co, July 6-12

The 2003 Summer Travel Teams were introduced Team 1, Leader Micah Wildauer will travel to Tennessee Team 2, Leader Kevin Wudtke will travel to Maryland Team 3, Leader Pastor Tom Moyer will travel to Massachusetts.

Rev. Kroonblawd shared the Mass Canvass report for this years Summer Training.
769 calls were made
18 Prospects were discovered
188 shared that Jesus was their savior from sin
149 thought their Good Works would get them to heaven
148 didn’t know why they would go to heaven
284 would not answer that question
836 were not home but Gospel literature was left
1605 total doors were knocked on during the canvass.

Mark Triplett closed the meeting in prayer. Pam Rudick made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:08pm EST. Micah Wildauer seconded. Motion was carried.
