Board Members Present: Rev. Tom Moyer – Executive Director, Dan Barz –Assistant to the Executive Director, Rev. Dan Smith – Chairman, Katie Jeppesen – Secretary, Ben Venteicher, Nathan Ruppert, Irene Gruber, Parker Hicks, Jon Drefs, Sarah Elliott, Sarah Grewe
Board Member Absent: Rev. David Baumgarn
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Pastor Dan Smith at approximately 5:00pm RMT. Dan Barz opened the meeting in prayer.
The only order of business was to elect new officers for the year. Nominations for secretary were opened up. Irene, Katie, and Sarah were nominated for the position. Nominations were opened for Chairman. Rev. Dan Smith was the only one nominated.
The Board excused from the meeting area Katie, Irene, and Sarah Elliott so the voting for the secretary position could be completed by a show of hands. Pastor Dan Smith was unopposed for the Chairman position, so no vote was necessary.
Results of the election: Katie Jeppesen – Secretary
Rev. Dan Smith – Chairman
The next meeting was set for October 17, 2004 at 8:00pm via teleconference call.
Ben closed the meeting in prayer. Irene made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Jonathan seconded. Motion carried.
