Member Excused: Rev. David Baumgarn, Trey Fisk Acting Chairman, Rev. Dan Smith, called the meeting to order at 8:55am EST.
The Annual Meeting agenda was reviewed.

Rachel Barz will be in charge of voting for the Board and will call on others to help as needed.
A 2004 Extended Team was discussed. Pastor Moyer suggests this team would begin in June at a date to be determined later and would end with the other travel teams. This team would not attend the National Youth Gathering next summer as previous teams have done.
Pam made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:15am EST. Irene seconded. Motion was carried.
