Board of Directors Meeting

Board Members Present: Rev. Dan Smith – Chairman, Rev. Tom Moyer – Executive Dir, Micah Wildauer, Ben Venteicher, Pam Rudick – Secretary, Irene Gruber, Matt Drefs, Parker Hicks, Katie Jeppesen, Sarah Elliott.
Board Members Absent: Rev. David Baumgarn, Dan Barz – Assist. to Exec. Dir.
Chairman, Rev Dan Smith, called the meeting to order at 9am MT. Ben Venteicher opened the meeting with prayer.
The Board approved the Annual meeting agenda.
Katie Jeppesen was nominated by the Board to run for Adult Female, with no objections by Board members present. Katie accepted nomination during the meeting.
Micah made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Matt seconded. Motion was passed. Meeting was adjourned at 9:15am. The next Board meeting will be held immediately following the Annual Meeting.
