Production of the CD
There has been a technical delay and it is estimated that it could be complete in 3 weeks. Specifics related to the delay are included in the Addendum under Old Business

Background Check
This suggestion has been looked into and it would require fingerprinting. We agree that it shouldn't need to go this far for a volunteer to work within the organization. Additional information is included in the Assistant's Report.

Summer Training
Orval Peters has secured 13 churches to host 14 teams. Dan Barz will continue to work with Orval and the congregation to take care of any other arrangements. Dan hopes to complete the Training Manual in the next month.

Crier
This item was tabled until Dan Barz can be present to share his findings. He could possibly have all the options available in regards to keeping the Crier and discontinuing.

Leadership Manuals
There was concern that the manual still has reference to marital status i.e. divorce of, smoking, drinking of Lead Directors. Pastor Moyer will reword this portion of the manual and bring it to the Board for approval in July.

Director Concerns
Pastor McIntyre - There was concern with the Travel Team to Germany and the Liberal State Church. Specific concerns are included in the Addendum under New Business. Pastor Moyer has assured him that the team would be hosted by SELK congregations in fellowship with us rather than the Liberal State Church.

Steve Clark- Lack of male Leadership within groups - The organization should aid in helping groups which lack in this to provide that leadership until a Lead Director can be found. Pastor Moyer will work
with Robin Madsen in Wisconsin to find out her current status and how we can help. Pastor Moyer will also receive clarification to Steve's concern in regards to Children of adult leaders attending Summer
Training. Additional information about these concerns can be found in the Addendum under New Business.

Cost of CD
Tim Onnen recommends a price increase of $25 per set to offset the cost of production. Pastor Moyer made the motion to set the cost of the CD at $25. Trey seconded. Motion carried. This increase is due to unforeseen production cost.

Finland
Anneliese Ploetz, an Ambassador Youth, is currently an exchange student in Finland. She has been sharing the ministry of OAFC with youth, Youth Leaders and Pastors in Finland. Fellowship issues would not allow us to do anymore than provide information, instruction and encouragement. Pastor Moyer has been in contact with her and is encouraging her in this outreach.

Spouse Proposal
The proposal of the Executive Director and Assistant's spouses possibly attending 1 or 2 events a year was discussed. It was discussed that the wives have a difficult adjustment to their husbands being gone regularly each month and allow the wives to share in the ministry of OAFC.
