A. Old Business
   a. Youth Manual- E-mail a first draft, keep updated, etc.
   b. E-mail Crier- 2500 contacts for $252 annually.
   c. Paper Crier-
       Paul moves that a Crier is printed and mailed by the US Postal Service in the spring of 2008, if the funds are available. The decision about sufficient funds will be made at the April meeting. Andrew seconds. Motion carries.
B. New Business
   a. Date and time of Telephone Board Meeting- April 20, 2008, 8:00 PM Central
   b. Approval of 2008 Budget and review of cash flow
       1. a budget of $98, 592
           Susanna moves to accept the budget. Paul seconds. Motion carries.
   c. Review of priorities in the conduct of the OAFC Ministry
   d. Summer Training at Saint John Lutheran Church in Champaign, IL, July 15-21, 2008
       1. Opening “rally”, inviting local people.

Due to Pastor Loeschen’s resignation, the board appointed Pastor Loy Schlote to the interim Pastoral Advisor.
