BY - LAW CHANGE
Constitution Article IV section 4......A motion was made at the April 2, 2000 Board of Directors meeting to change the maximum age of the Boy and Girl Ambassador from 18 to 17 at the time of election to the Board.  The was done to ensure representation by High School age Ambassadors.  The proposed change would read: "Boy and Girl Ambassadors must not be older than age 17 on the day of the election".  The proposed change would be adopted at the Annual Meeting of Summer Training in July if approved. Adam Gless made the motion to amend the Constitution Article IV section 4 to read "BOY AND GIRL AMBASSADORS MUST NOT BE OLDER THAN AGE 17 ON THE
DAY OF ELECTION".  Peter Elliott seconded.  There was discussion in regards to college age representation.  It was discussed that currently, all youth are college age with no High School age representation on the Board.  This would ensure at least 1 year in High school and possibly 1 year in college.
