Meeting was called to order at 8pm by Chairman Ed Allen. Pastor
Moyer opened the meeting with devotion and prayer.We will be
discussing the filling of the position to the Assistant to the
Executive Director.
Candidates who have been contacted about filling the position are
as follows:
Dan Barz - has responded
Corey Wudtke - has responded
Matt Kindred
Pastor David McIntyre - was interested in position
Pastor Dale Lehfeldt - Declined
Orval Peters
Other names can be submitted after a job description and
qualifications
are developed.
Our next step is to come up with a detailed Job Description,
qualifications and compensation package for the individual. We
also need to decided if it will be part or full time.
Financially it is not possible to hire a full time individual at this
point. Tim's salary/compensation right now is 18,970.52
(includes housing & medical) It was decided, the
individual would not need to relocate at this time and hours could
vary.

Involved in an active OAFC group
Strong theology
Passion for working with youth and OAFC
Computer skills
Pastor Moyer and Pam will work together to put together a job
description with Tim's input and send out suggestions to the Board
before the next meeting.
The Board discussed the salary compensation and benefits for this
position. Benefits will depend on need and experience. A salary
range suggested was $12,000 w/o medical to $18,000 w/o medical.
The motion was made by Pastor Moyer that the salary range for the
Assistant to the Executive Director would be figured between $12,000
and $15,000. It was seconded by Pastor Smith. Motion
carried.
The motion was made by Pastor Smith that medical compensation/benefits
would be negotiable. Adam seconded. Motion carried.

Trey and Lisa will work to put together to put in paragraph form,
qualifications desired for this position.
Pastor Baumgarn and Adam will work together to formulate a
questionnaire in regard to doctrine, theology and scripture for the
nominees interested in this position.
The next meeting will be held, via telephone on Sunday, September 10
at 8pm cst. All committee reports should sent to all Board
Members prior to meeting.
We should be thinking of when we expect to close nominations, send out
the contract for the individual and a starting date for this position.
This will be discussed at the next meeting.
