Alumni Serve in Katrina ReliefOAFC alumni are invited to join a work team to assist in the recovery effort in in the Gulf Coast. Thoughts have included gathering a group to travel to Louisiana. Travel could start in the location of volunteers. Camp Restore now is the primary site for work in the New Orleans area. The primary purpose for such a visit will be the physical work needed. We would also seek to encourage the ministry of OAFC in that area along with the fellowship enjoyed by the team. We suggest that anyone interest first check our Katrina page and also the site established by Woody Keim's church in Baton Rouge. Please note that we will need to plan on being self supporting and would bring the necessary tools for this work. If you are interested in being part of such a trip, please complete the following form: |
